It's Pumpkin Time!

We finally bought our pumpkins and carved them last night. We all had a fun and messy time. We had some pumpkin heads and whenever you ask Aidan to show you something he puts it right in front of his face. Please enjoy my expertly carved pumpkins, I may have had some help.

The big visit!

We had a great family visit this week. Nancy, Steve, Sue, Adam, Rowan, Mary, Mom and Dad were all in Charlotte. We visited the mall and had dinners together. We of course had to make a trip to the Steak N' Shake and if you notice the boys worked off our lunch. Nancy also brought us a very entertaining gift, fake mustaches! They were hillarious! It was great to see everyone and we all had a great time! I hope you all come back again soon. Atleast I got to kiss those chubby cheeks of Rowan's for a couple of days. It'll have to last me. Miss you all! Oh yeah Sue and Steve, if you ever wondered what you look like walking through a mall from behind, Brady took a video of you. I could send it if you want to have a look, Haha!

Family fun Day

Last Saturday we went to the annual Indian Trail family fun day. The boys wore their monkey backpack/leashes. They went over pretty well and it helped me relax a little. Here are some pictures.

The 2 year olds perspective

Hello Family,

Well as you can imagine trips to the store can get a little nerve racking. Everyone seems to want something and sit everywhere and have fits. I have found that letting them hold my camera has been a very good occupier of time. They seem to treat it well and share nicely. I didn't realize until today that they were actually taking pictures with it. So now I will share with you what they have captured. As you may be able to tell Caley was willing to help out from time to time. Enjoy!

We made a chocolate cake!

Caley and I decided to make a chocolate cake from scratch. It was an enormous three layer chocolate cake. It is dangerously good. Here are a couple pictures of it before it started to fall apart.
